Dr. Sara Algoe, an Assistant Professor of Social Psychology, is the recipient of a 2015 grant by the John Templeton Foundation.
Dr. Algoe received a total award of over $1.2 million (over three years) to study the role of gratitude in societal good. Her research combines laboratory and field studies to test gratitude’s role in the context of group living. Dr. Algoe’s results aim to address outcomes ranging from productivity to health.
